How can I track my package?
Once your order is placed a confirmation email is sent to the email associated with the order within 48 hours. The email will contain a link to track the order. Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
Yes. We can ship orders outside of the United States only via the UPS Worldwide Express shipping method under the Shipping Options on our checkout pages. Other shipping methods such as UPS 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air cannot be used to ship our products outside of the United States. Back to top

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
- Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy.
- Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a return of the item price (not including shipping).
- All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.
- Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.
- All returns/exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of the invoice date.
- The Packaging Slip and the Return Slip MUST be enclosed with the product being returned. The Return Slip can only accessed via the Berjouhi website by download here.
- If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Packaging Slip and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing us at returns@berjouhi.com
- All Jewelry and SALE items are final sale
- To the extent that you purchase any goods or services directly from us, we will refund you your purchase price within 30 days of you notifying us in writing of your desire for the refund, together with the reason for the request, with the product or service returned to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased. How do i return a product?
1. Enclose the packaging slip, the completed return slip and the product you are returning within the original packaging with the product's original tags attached.
